- Nicole Okennedy Added July 14, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Long time customer. Bought $300 worth of stuff - one of which was a bucket of crickets. Didn't realise until I got home that they were all dead. This isn't the first time either. They offered to swap it over for another one but I live 1 hour away. Asked if I could get a refund and a free bucket as it will take a good portion out of my day for their poor management of goods. They refused. Sick of the poor service when I give them so much business. No more.
