  Had our family cars detailed here today and were very impressed. I had a quote from other places but these guys were cheaper and I must say they did an excellent job. Friendly staff and even had a kebab while we waited which was really good.

  The worst experience I've ever had. Spent $92 to have my car washed inside and out and they spray a chemical onto my polished alloy wheels and it oxidized the polished finished. They also didn't even clean the whole rim which left brake dust baked into the rim with the chemical etching it into the surface. I went back when I noticed it at home and was told I hadn't been there in 12 months. My car is my pride and joy and they basically acussed me that I haven't washed my car in that time and it was my fault. Then wanted to charge me to try and fix their stuff up. Whenever I tried to explain what they did they would talk over me all the time until I started getting angry. They actually tried to tell me it was rust... yeah on an alloy rim. They kept making excuses and blaming me for this. Until I told them what I do for a job and then they went quiet! This is the level of their knowledge. Never ever get your car washed there. I regret it big time and will never go back. It took me 3 hours to polish the rims which made a massive difference but you can still see bits and pieces. It's funny when you have this experience and you check the reviews and see that their reply to a complaint is basically the same level of customer service I experienced. Passing the blame to the customer. Really good business ethics! Be warned, do not take your car there! Oh and if you're reading this, you don't put any type of chemical, spray, degreaser etc on any polished surface. This is what happens!! You would think you would know what you're doing! Wasted my money, and did a very poor job!

  Went there today for first time, just for an inside vac and outside clean, I am really favourably impressed! They did a great job with the clean but even more than that it’s little things like they left the change they found in the seat and I had some noisy windscreen wipers before I got there, didn’t mention it to them but I got back in the car (drizzly weather) to find my wipers no longer noisy! Not even their problem yet they fixed it, just had it service last week and service centre didn’t fix it but the car wash guys did. I am stoked! I will go back because at least one person there is super conscientious, and best case hopefully it’s just the way the business operates.

  PHONY POSITIVE REVIEWS
  Have worked out too late (after further investigation after my first post) that some positive reviews here are from relatives. Khullar is the manager there and has left a glowing review for himself. Look at all the reviews on here using the name khullar and even Harry. A lot of reviews use the word "definitely" and I often see exclamation marks !!! in both the review and the response from the business Owner. As soon as a negative review is posted a positive one appears overnight. Easy to spot broken English too. Way too coincidental for my liking. Shame they don't know what karma is...

  ABSOLUTE SCAM AND DAMAGE TO MY CAR'S CONSOLE LID.
  Picked up my car today after leaving with them overnight. I booked a FULL interior clean/detail. On my return today I noticed a car bomb can sitting on the centre console lid which they then removed. On arriving home inspected car found NO shampoo water extraction was even done (all carpets and seats dry to touch) so put my nose to smell for some shampoo scent - no NOTHING. Looks like only thing done was the odour bomb can which was put directly onto console lid and caused permanent burn mark (base of can circle and drip mark). Also charged for a car wash I never even asked for. Indian Manager took my credit card and swiped it himself before I could check the charges. Told Manager of damage and no shampoo water extraction done and he lied directly to my face. Have told my bank I want a total refund. Such a shonky place and I cried since only bought car day before and I was too sick to clean myself so I trusted this crowd.
  Do yourself a real favour - don't go there. Their email address and website on their business card doesn't exist. They think they got my money $232 but my bank assures me they will get it back. A nightmare and have now re-booked a honest detailer coming to my house and have to buy a new console lid for my car.
  I will be taking this matter further if not put right.
  Worst experience ever.
  And no apology either.
